Platform bed

Just finished making a platform bed for a customer out of reclaimed Douglas fir and hemlock. This is the first picture we’ve taken of our beds. I’ll get one made up with sheets and all.

Our latest project

We just finished this peice for a designer customer of ours. I aged this wood naturally and used FSC douglas fir for the beams.  We used new wood because of the odd sizes of beams needed to make this. I then used two colors of wax to get the rest of the aging correct and polished it off with oil. The pegs were made out of salvaged oak frome wine barrels. really happy with this one of a kind table. The table is six feet in diameter and can easily fit 10-12 people.

Lizzie's table

Lizze from designwatcher.com came in and got a table from us. This is the same one below that had the amazing top.

Doug fir and hemlock table

We make these tables every week but for some reason this one came out really nice. The top is a mix between douglas fir and hemlock both 2×8 reclaimed barnwood. Just rough sanded and waxed.
